Quaker Marine Supply Co. is dedicated to your satisfaction; if your gear isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. We aim to make the process as seamless as a calm day at sea so you can get back to your adventures.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completion of the request.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
